Property Valuation Services

JLT includes the assessment and evaluation of insurance values for all municipal properties. A systematic approach is utilized in determining accuracy of insurance values which support the provision of the broadest property policy wordings available to the municipality through our markets, including blanket replacement cost coverage with no coinsurance clauses applicable. Appraisal work is completed on an approved timetable at no additional cost (with the exception of special heritage/historical building reconstruction cost appraisals).
